NICA App Overview

NICA is thrilled to be launching our first phone app! With the NICA app, you can manage funding requests, submit timesheets, upload documents, and update contact information – directly from your phone, without needing to contact a case manager.

The app also gives users peace of mind by providing real-time notifications about NICA actions, including the status of a reimbursement. The app also gives families a space to store documents and view their NICA details.

Importantly, NICA families are not required to use the NICA app and, whether you use it or not, you will still have the help of the case manager whenever you need it.
